EU officials publish new Balkan strategy: Nothing new on Kosovo

The European Commission adopted on Tuesday in Strasbourg a strategy for ‘A credible enlargement perspective for and enhanced EU engagement with the Western Balkans’. But the Strategy brings nothing new for Kosovo.
