Tirana to host second European Union–Western Balkans investment forum

Tirana will host the second European Union–Western Balkans Investment Forum on 25–26 November 2026. The event will bring together key political, financial and economic stakeholders to explore investment opportunities and strengthen regional cooperation.

The forum returns to Tirana after its first edition, aiming to attract new investment, build strategic partnerships and connect European and regional businesses. Senior government representatives, international financial institutions, investors and business leaders from the European Union and the Western Balkans will take part.

Participants will discuss sectors with strong development potential, including energy, infrastructure, transport, regional connectivity, tourism, technology and human capital. High-level panels, business-to-business meetings and dedicated partnership sessions will help turn the region’s economic potential into concrete investment projects.

For Albania, hosting the forum offers an opportunity to showcase its economic potential, strengthen ties with European investors and advance the region’s economic integration with the European Union market. Companies, investors, institutions and other interested stakeholders can attend to explore new investment and cooperation opportunities.
