Veseli: Special Court is inevitable

Speaker of Kosovo Assembly and chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Kadri Veseli, attending a commemoration ceremony marking the 19th anniversary of the Recak’s massacre, said that the Special Court which will deal with alleged crimes committed by the KLA, is inevitable, but still an overcoming challenge.
