Western countries agree on key principles of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue

Western powers United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, and Italy have on Wednesday met in Washington to discuss modalities of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue which might be concluded with a final legally-binding agreement by the end of this year.
