Kosovo President Thaci not mandated to lead dialogue with Serbia, says opposition MP Hoti

Chief of parliamentary group of the opposition Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Avdullah Hoti, has accused the President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, of violating the Parliament’s resolution by taking as leading role in the dialogue with Serbia. Hoti said that the Parliament has authorised the Government to lead the EU-facilitated dialogue with Belgrade.
