Defense Minister Ermal Nufi met Albanian students studying at Gülhane Faculty of Medicine, part of the University of Health Sciences in Ankara, Türkiye. They discussed student life, their experiences abroad, the challenges and opportunities ahead, and their vision for Albania’s future.
Nufi said the students’ presence at the Turkish university reflects cooperation between Albania’s Ministry of Defense and Türkiye’s Ministry of National Defence. He described their education as an investment in the next generation of doctors for the Albanian Armed Forces.
The minister also highlighted the value of the knowledge and experience students gain abroad, saying they can benefit Albania and strengthen the ties of friendship between the two countries.
