Caught in the act with Molotov cocktails, decision issued for 11 arrested from the PD protest

The Tirana Court has issued its decision for the 11 protesters who were caught with Molotov cocktails during the rally of the Democratic Party of Albania.

The decision ordered the measure “arrest in prison” for 5 of them, while 6 individuals were assigned the measure “obligation to appear.”

Specifically, those placed under arrest are:

  1. Klement Çuçka – “arrest in prison”
  2. Bujar Tusha – “arrest in prison”
  3. Henri Shapllo – “arrest in prison”
  4. Mirvel Tocilla – “arrest in prison”
  5. Semi Bici – “arrest in prison”

The arrested individuals are accused of using explosive devices of the Molotov type and involvement in violent acts during the protest.

Meanwhile, in connection with the same event, 15 other individuals have also been prosecuted and are being investigated while remaining free.
