Donald Trump praises Kosova’s role in peace initiatives in letter to Vjosa Osmani

TIRANA, April 21 – United States President Donald Trump praised Kosova’s contribution to ending conflicts in a letter addressed to former Kosova President Vjosa Osmani at the end of her mandate. Osmani published the letter dated 8 April.

Trump highlighted Kosova’s involvement in international peace and stability initiatives. He said cooperation within a “Board of Peace” had produced significant results in a short period.

The letter stated that Kosova’s participation in new peace initiatives would support efforts to end global conflicts. It also linked the engagement to the promotion of freedom and prosperity for both nations.

Osmani welcomed the message and thanked Trump for his assessment of Kosova’s work during her mandate. She said she looked forward to continued cooperation in the coming years.
