EU foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, said Monday that she would be ready to call a new meeting between presidents Hashim Thaci of Kosovo and Aleksandar Vucic of Serbia “the very first morning” after Kosovo suspends 100 percent tax on Serbian goods. Chief of staff to Prime Minister’s Office, Avni Arifi, told Gazeta Express that Mogherini is siding with Belgrade and with this political stance she is conditioning resumption of high level dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade facilitated by the EU.
