Hoxha Urges Presheva Valley Albanians to Vote in Large Numbers

Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha on Sunday urged Albanians in Serbia’s Presheva Valley to turn out in large numbers for the country’s snap parliamentary elections.

Hoxha described voting as a fundamental democratic right and an opportunity for citizens to make their voices heard. He stressed that every vote matters and that strong turnout would strengthen Albanians’ voice on their rights, political representation and future in the region.

“Go out and vote. For your voice, your rights and your future,” Hoxha said, calling on voters to exercise their democratic rights freely.

Eight Albanian parties from Presheva, Bujanoc and Medvegja are running on a joint list, the “Albanian Coalition.” They aim to increase their representation in Serbia’s parliament.
