Kosovo’s partition part of Putin’s strategic plan, warns US analyst

David Philips, director of the Program on Peace-building and Rights at Columbia University’s Institute for the Study of Human Rights, says the Russian President sees Kosovo as a US project and destabilisation of the country is the way Putin wants to retaliate the US for launching the NATO’s campaign against Serbia in 1999.
